If you can’t log in to my鶹ýӳ you have a few ways to recover your log in information. You may need to provide your, your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and your last name as we have it on file.
Password must meet complexity requirements
- Not more than 2 symbols of a username or first name in a row
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Cannot use a previously used password
- Cannot contain your first or last name
- All four character types must be used in passwords:
- Numbers 0123456789
- UPPERCASE LETTERS
- lowercase letters
- Special characters !@#$%^&*()_+-=
